CRMsynQ uses a small number of third-party service providers to deliver the Service. This page lists every provider that may process personal data on our behalf, what they do, and where they are located.
Each provider is engaged under a written agreement that requires confidentiality, appropriate security measures, and prohibits use of the data for the provider's own purposes. We remain responsible to our customers for the performance of every provider listed here.

All CRM contact data and sync history is stored on DigitalOcean infrastructure located in the European Union.
Where a provider is established outside the EEA, we rely on the following safeguards:
We give customers at least 30 days' notice before adding a new sub-processor that processes CRM contact data. To be notified, email privacy@crmsynq.com with the subject line "Subscribe: sub-processor updates".
Customers may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds during the notice period. The process is set out in Section 6 of our Data Processing Agreement.
