Cookie Policy

Last Updated: 10 August 2026

This policy explains how Logical Pure Minds SRL ("CRMsynQ", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on crmsynq.com and app.crmsynq.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember your actions and preferences across pages and visits. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels; where this policy says "cookies", it covers those too.

Your choices

When you first visit crmsynq.com, a banner asks for your cookie preferences.

  • Strictly necessary cookies are always active. Without them the site and application cannot function, and no consent is required for them under the ePrivacy Directive.
  • Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. They remain off until you do.

You can change or withdraw your preferences at any time via the Cookie Settings link in our footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the Service.

Google Tag Manager is used to manage these tags. It does not itself set cookies, but it loads the tags listed above once you consent.

We do not run advertising or remarketing tags.

Third-party embeds

Our website may embed content from third parties, including social media widgets. These may set their own cookies and collect your IP address and the pages you visit. We do not control them, and their own privacy policies apply.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals, as there is no common standard for interpreting them. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.

Changes

We update this policy when our cookie use changes. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
